G-Unit Sueing Young Buck

According to The Tennessean, G-Unit Records has filed a $10 million claim against former artist Young Buck in the event that he breaches his contract with the label, in his ongoing bankruptcy case.

50 Cent has also filed a $171,000 claim against Young Buck, claiming he loaned his former artist $300,000 in 2005.

In all, Young Buck has 14 claims against him in the bankruptcy proceedings, which total a whopping $11.5 million dollars.

Young Buck’s lawyer Robin Mitchell Joyce blamed some of Young Buck’s financial troubles on the deal he signed with 50′s G-Unit imprint.

She claims that G-Unit managed Young Buck, handled all of his business, provided legal counseling and acted as his booking agent.

This could have put anyone working with Young Buck in danger of running afoul of 50 Cent, especially after the two men began to feud.

“One of the biggest problems with Buck’s situation is not only that it’s so complex, but also that he didn’t understand it,” Joyce told The Tennessean. “The money went in and the money went out and Buck’s universe of knowledge about his financial state is a balance on an ATM receipt. … Buck never knew at one point, at several points, that he was a millionaire.”

According to Joyce, she has submitted a $500,000 budget for a new album since Young Buck is technically still signed to the label, although his releases through G-Unit have been put on hold.

Joyce believes the label must either approve the budget and release Young Buck’s third album for G-Unit or let him out of his contract.

Young Buck is also facing 10 years in prison over a federal gun rap after a March 7th arrest, which accused the rapper of illegally being in possession of a gun in August of 2010.

He is free on $100,000 bail.

Bow Wow Dropped From Cash Money Records

Industry insiders say that Bow Wow formerly known as Lil Bow Wow has been dropped from Cash Money Records,this has not been confirmed but we expect a announcement soon. Details about Bow Wow being kicked to the curb are sketchy at this time but we can only speculate it is because Bow Wow’s time as a rapper has long been up. Bow Wow hasn’t had a hit song in years and Cash Money is not known for keeping artists on their label,very long or very happy. The only original artist still signed to Cash Money is Lil Wayne. Former Cash Money artists Juvenile , B.G. Mannie Fresh, Allstar and others have fled the label in the past. We will update you on the story when more info becomes available.

Ok so who went out and purchased the "princess of crunk & b"'s new album. Anybody? Does any one even know what its called? Well, I'm sure you are like the rest of the world and didn't know she even had a new album out called Basic Instint. It is for these reasons Jive rumored to be pulling the plug on their investment in Ciara's failing career. I saw it coming with that last album. She can join the other pitiful use-ta-bees, Mya, Ashanti, and few others. So why is Rhianna's career holding up and her's isn't. Could it be there Rhi Rhi can sing. Alicia Keys...can sing. Beyonce....can sing. Singing will out last a pretty face anyday. Another bits the dust. SHM At least she will have time to help launch her bff Kim Kardasian's career. Right?

Monica Married?

Apparently, R&B singer Monica and Los Angeles Lakers guard Shannon Brown have been married since at least November. Monica moved to Los Angeles to be with Brown this past fall, but there are rumors swirling that they had already been married in front of the their parents.

According to SandraRose, Monica went into the Clayton County office in suburban Atlanta two weeks ago to change her last name to 'Brown.'

According to reports, the couple were secretly married on November 22, 2010. There will reportedly be another 'official' wedding for family and friends (again) in Los Angeles in June.

We want to congratulate the happy couple, but--what's up with all the secrecy?

Wayne Doesn't Like Darkskinned Girls

So word is that Wayne and the young money click doesn't like dark skinned girls. A chick named Destiny says her encounter with Lil Wayne was everything but pleasant when she say him and was told ... well you read it

"We met up with Mack Maine from Young Money, he then took us to a hotel a couple of other girls were there and so was Lil Wayne, Guda Guda, Lil Chuckee, and Birdman," Destiny writes. "When we entered the room Guda was like “Damn, y’all pretty, to be dark skin.” And then Wayne quoted a verse from his song ["Right Above"]. I heard the song before and I was offended when I heard the lyrics, but I brushed my feelings off and forgot about what the gremlin said. But him saying it over again made me angry as hell. So me being the outspoken person that I am, I said, “'Wayne, your daughter is dark skin so why would you say such ignorance?' He said ‘My daughter is a dark skinned millionaire, that’s the difference between her and you.'”

"I can tell he was very upset because I brought his daughter up but that is no excuse for what he said. Next he stated, 'MY daughter is the first and last dark skin child I’m having. The rest of my baby moms [are] light skinned chicks. I even got an Asian baby moms to make sure I have a daughter with good hair. Too bad we had a son.'”

"Everybody started laughing and [we] stormed out of the room," Destiny added. "Some guys followed us saying 'Not everybody hate dark skinned girls. Young Money just allergic to Chocolate.'”

A small backlash ensued online, but Lil Wayne has dismissed the story via his Twitter page. "Just read da funniest 'blog story' ever about me n my fam.....we color blind over here..if a female is beautiful she's beautiful!!Luv."

Wayne then added: "Rumors or as dumb as the people who believe them."

We're pretty sure you meant 'are as dumb as the people,' homie--but we feel you on this one.

Doesn't this sound like fiction?

Raven-Symone Skinny...and doesn't like it

Ok apparently, the 25 year old mogul has issues with her current weight loss. To me, she looks great and I have never been an advocate for embracing obesity. Its a good thing that some of that fat has been removed and she added some days on to her life span. Unlike Jennifer Hudson who is publicly happy about look slim, Raven has found a way to make us all scratch our heads.
She says she doesn't like the looks she gets or the attention she is getting because of her weight loss. If she didn't want that attention then why loose the weight. You look great girl...learn how to take a compliment and keep it moving!

Lil Wayne's Young Money Records may have added Tallahassee, Florida rapper/singer/producer, T-Pain to its roster. No official statement has been made, but according to Cash Money/Young Money's jeweler, Gabriel Jacobs of Rafaello & Co, a new, purple and black, oversized, diamond and ruby encrusted Young Money pendant was created recently for T-Pain.

In an exclusive clip on VladTv.com, Jacobs showcased T-Pain's latest piece of jewelry, which is reportedly worth about $100,000.

"This is the new Nappy Boy/Young Money piece," Young Money jeweler Gabrielle revealed in a video with DJ Vlad. "This is the first exclusive right here. T-Pain is about to sign to Young Money. He better, after doing this. So you see it's all blacked out. It's all natural, red rubies, black diamonds. We gotta put a red ruby necklace on this thing -- We started this whole thing. It doesn't mean you have to get black diamonds -- [Here's] the Nappy Boy logo right there...On the back, I'm going to do Pain's progress to Young Money. Foxy Brown fans were expecting the veteran female rapper to release "Christmas Massacre," a song allegedly aimed squarely at her former rival Lil Kim, on Christmas Eve leading up to a performance in Brooklyn. But the holiday came and went with not a peep from Foxy, so fans were left wondering what was going on with the song and show. The show was to take place at Club Jelani in Brooklyn but after confusion with the party's location, Foxy pulled out.

"I'd like to personally apologize for the confusion and venue changing of the beautiful 'Christmas In Brooklyn' party," Foxy tweeted. "Although the confusion fell far beyond my control, my responsibility and concern is to my fans and family; my priority. As I always say...they Devi's at his busiest when ur about to get busy."

R&B singers Chris Brown and Raz B exploded into a heated Twitter beef on Wednesday (December 29.) The confrontation began when Raz mentioned Chris Brown's infamous beating of Rihanna in a tweet, and Brown responded soon after. From there, things just got more intense.

Whoa!! Could this be a shots fired, man down situation? Remember last week when Angie Martinez of Hot 97 interviewed Nicki Minaj for her "Pink Friday" album? Well, it seems that Nicki Minaj may have fibbed on a bit of information she let out during that interview.

During the questioning about Lil Kim, Nicki Minaj stated that Foxy Brown was the person who told her Kim was hating on her. However, according to Foxy Brown, that conversation never took place. Evelyn Lozada and Chad Ochocinco: Engagement Confirmed

Chad Ochocinco and Evelyn Lozada of Basketball Wives seem to have a good thing going. Chad spoke to Ryan Seacrest this morning and he confirmed that he and Evelyn are engaged.

Chad said: "Yeah, man ... It's time for me to sit down. Enough is enough. I'm 32, you know, my days are over. I think I found everything I've been looking for in one person," he told Seacrest, adding that she is "close enough" to being perfect.

"Maybe [we'll have] ... a couple babies. You never know what'll happen."

And these two wanna star in a reality show about their relationship? I actually think their relationship could survive it. A show starring these two ego maniacs sounds boring as hell, but I wanna believe that couples can get on TV and still make it work until the show is canceled.

Nicki Minaj addressed her feud with veteran femcee Lil Kim yet again. This time, Minaj spoke directly to the Queen Bee herself and questioned whether or not Kim was insecure about herself and her legacy as a rapper.

"It's one of those moments where you say, 'don't play with me,' because I respect you, I love you, I've said it in every interview time and time again, and if that's not good enough with you mama, then it's something deep rooted in you," Minaj said of Kim. "Something is bothering you inside. That's your insecurity bothering you. [If] it's not Nicki Minaj, it would have been any girl that started poppin'."

There is some extremely serious friction between Young Money superstar rapper Drake and Lil Wayne.

Here’s the info we got, from a member of Young Money. There’s been growing friction between Drake and Lil Wayne, and last Saturday night – it BLEW UP!!!

The insider explains, [Mack Maine and Baby] set it up so that Saturday would be Wayne’s coming out party. But he didn’t want to do it. . . Wayne has some bad feelings with Drake, he feels that Drake left him out there while we was [locked up]. So Wayne didn’t want to do the concert.”

But Bryan “Birdman” Williams managed to convince Weezy to fly to Vegas for the concert. And while things looked OK on stage, they were TERRIBLE off. Our insider explained, “Wayne didn’t even say a word to Drake until that point . . . but after the concert, he disciplined him.” Wayne walked over to Drake and punched him in his face. Security reportedly BROKE IT UP and escorted Wayne off the property.

Later on that night, Lil Wayne supposedly tried to meet up with Drake again, at the concert afterparty at the nearby Wynn. But security for the Wynn were told NOT to allow Wayne into the premises.
