Should Gangland Do a Episode on Sororities

Recently, I been catching up on my episodes on the infamous History Channel show Gangland. I am doing research for my new book following up on the one I just recently completed. One episode was about females in gangs. Some of the things they do, uhhhhhh we do.
Yes, Im in a sorority. We have colors, we have initiations, we have special hand shakes, special signs to show of membership, (we are a non hazing organization *wink), we have a call, we dont care too much for anyone outside our organization, and we've been known to through a few blow with rival sororities. I think the only difference is we not in the streets, we terrorize colleges, and infiltrate the work force.

Why is Everyone Getting Locked Up

Ok, I wake up this morning and check my email to see an article from hip hop blog about lyfe jennings going back to jail for three years. He seems so mild mannered and wise. I would have never guessed he didn't let go of those thuggish ways and do something to get sent back to prison. I also watched Lil Boosie last "Last Dayz" episode where he threw a house party and had all his children, family and homeboys eating good and drinking. Of course the King of the South and Reality Star wife TI and Tiny face jail time. And lets not forget lil Wayne in jail as well. We watched artist such at Gucci Mane and DMX go in and out of jail. I believe Da Brat just got out. And Remy Ma all up in jail right now. Which leads me to this question, "is that the hott thing to do?" Is there a special room in jail that is compared to the teacher's lounge. Is it fun? And with all these artist going to jail, what kind of message is it sending our young people?
I will just continue to play my role as a role model and encourage the youth to stay out of trouble. Jail is not the place to be and as soon as these artist are released, they will probably be saying the same thing.

New relationships

When it comes to being social, I'm the original social butterfly. I have taught myself to appeal to peoples emotion to a point where they always feel comfortable around me. I do it to a point where they would not be on guard when sharing things with me. So why do I do this? Because I want to find out what benefit someone could be in my life. If I find that a person can offer some value to my movement I put up with them. If I find they don't then they are literally discarded.
Today I went to a conference that talked about establishing authentic relationships. What I learned was somewhat disturbing. I learn that the way I approach relationships are not sincere at all. It's rather self centered. I finally get to see how important it could be to establish authentic relationship as I sit here another Saturday alone. I'm so tired of being alone.

Tomorrow might not come...

In 40 years I will be 66 years old. My father asked what do I think this world will be like. I'm not sure. Honestly I am not even sure what will happen next month. A guy got killed early this morning in the breakfast club. Shot in the head by a chick. I'm sure when he woke up yesterday the last thing he thought was it would be his last day. I say this to say that it's hard for me to think 40 years ahead when tomorrow may not even come.

Special Set of Skils

I stood in the mirror flexing my muscles this morning thinking to myself how in the world did I get so cut. I'm not one for bench pressing, nor do I go out my way to do any push ups. Yet some kind of way I remain with these admirably cut arms. I learn today that you never know what someone is going through, even if you believe that the two of you are close. I think I almost lost my mind today, and some kind of way I managed to keep a smile on my face. I despise crying, yet lately that is all I can do. If asked why I feel like this, I really don't believe I would be able to utter all the reasons for the heaviness in my life. I evaluate my situation and the only thing I can make since of is this... the reason I keep such toned arms is because I continue to fight the daily pressures of trying to accomplish what everyone says I can't. I try to lift the pressures that comes with being a leader of not only grown people, but children who are in a time in their life where they are trying to make everything make since. I don't want a shoulder to lean on, nor do I want sympathy, but if asked I am ready to admit that the lesson I learn today is "Life and all its trails and tribulations are meant to make you strong."

My rip off at best buy tires in charlotte nc

It's been so much drama with car lately. A guy name Joe Harrison at Best Buy tires told me he would be able to fix my car. There was crack in the thermostat housing. So all together I paid him $135 for parts and diagnostic. Come to find out he didn't even have the equipment to do a diagnostic. Long story short he just took my money and never return. So I deal with the owner and he tells me he will get it working for me but it will cost an extra $160 for parts I thought I paid for already! No sweat cause I gotta get my car running got things to do. So I get there yesterday (a whole two weeks after my car was towed there) and it was suppose to be ready. I forgot to add I bought a brand new battery for my car and Joe the thief stole that too. Anyway, I'm like let's to a test drive. We don't get 100 yards away before the car jerks and cuts off. So then I'm told the prob is the the timing belt. I drop another 25.00 for the belt and the labor is gonna run me $150. Not to mention I need to replace the tires. You do the math on this. Really I just my ride back. Today makes three weeks since my car has been up there. I got soooo much stuff to do it's crazy! Any way that Joe thinks he's just gonna take my money and battery like I'm not going to try and get that back. Ha ha ha funny guy!
So join me in my search for Joe Harrison he's a big ugly black man. Fat very dark skin about 6 feet even. Very large stomach tries to talk fast.
